Please note that shipments are dispatched Monday - Thursday only. We do not ship orders on Fridays, Weekends, public holidays or immediately before a public holiday in either the country of origin or delivery.
Higher value orders may be divided into several packages and sent over several days. This is to avoid customs delays and theft in transit.

Shipping
Shipments to clients domiciled in the European Union are dispatched from our vault in Frankfurt, Germany.
* Goods in transit are fully insured as per the package limits defined above.
All orders requested for dispatch from vault storage are subject to the same vault handling fees, regardless of value. Our service providers charge the same minimum labour rates regardless of whether they are shipping 1 Ounce or 50 Kilos. Therefore, It is not economical to request delivery of small amounts of bullion from vault storage.
